Our 10 botanical recipe includes, Juniper, Coriander, Angelica, Cassia, Orange, Lemon, Cardamom, Vanilla and hand picked Cornish Elderflower and Gorse Flower. Each batch is distilled and bottled by hand with a true appreciation for the art of distillation that has been part of Cornish heritage for centuries.

Add ice to a glass and pour in 100ml of good quality light tonic, followed by 50ml of Trevethan Cornish Gin, and stir. Always add the gin last to cool it more slowly and achieve the best flavour!

Garnish with fresh orange peel and rosemary.
