We wanted to capture the sensory delights of Christmas and marry them with the classic notes of a London Dry Gin. Piney notes of the Juniper are accentuated with the addition of Norwegian Spruce. The spiced citrus elements are bolder with the the additional of extra cinnamon, vanilla and sweet orange. These Christmas delights are then married together and balanced with the sweet and tart characteristics of lime and raspberries.

We want you to open the bottle and smell Christmas, then pour a drink and taste Christmas. We hope to evoke memories of mulled wines by the fire, mince pies baking in the oven and fresh clementines after dinner.
